Learning objectives

In this lesson, students will delve into the history of the Jewish people from AD 70 to the end of the 19th century, exploring pivotal events such as the diaspora, the rise of Rabbinic Judaism, the impact of the Crusades, and the challenges faced during the Age of Emancipation. Students will have the opportunity to achieve this through choosing their own method of learning, from reading and research options, and video watching, as well as the chance to engage in extension activities. This lesson includes a self-marking quiz for students to demonstrate their learning.
